Equality, Diversity and Inclusion

At Leicestershire and Rutland Cricket Foundation (L&RCF), we are committed to using cricket as a vehicle to eliminate outdated perceptions and expectations within the communities we serve. We are dedicated to being visible in our communities, demonstrating that there is a place for everyone at our Club – creating a real sense of belonging.

We understand the challenges many sections of our community face around inclusion and access to opportunities. Encouragingly, more people are reflecting, educating themselves, and playing their part to tackle discrimination.
