At the Leicestershire and Rutland Cricket Foundation (LRCF), we believe cricket should be safe, welcoming, and inclusive for everyone. To achieve this, we provide comprehensive Safeguarding and Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) training and resources for clubs, coaches, volunteers, and community partners.

Our Commitment

  • Safeguarding: Every participant has the right to enjoy cricket in an environment free from harm. We adopt the ECB’s Safe Hands policy and ensure all staff, coaches, and volunteers complete the required safeguarding training.
  • EDI: We are committed to breaking down barriers and creating a culture where everyone feels they belong. Our EDI initiatives help clubs and individuals understand best practices for inclusion and respect.
